The Best Western Queens Hotel is housed in a modern, relatively featureless, low-rise building overlooking Stadtpark. The large, bright lobby features full-length windows and a small comfortable seating area. The floor is tiled between the entrance and the reception area, while other areas are covered with a patterned carpet. The 182 large, comfortable guestrooms are tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are kept in very good condition. The hotel’s "Le Jardinet" restaurant is decorated in a light brown and beige colour scheme and is very elegant. It serves both regional and international cuisine. As with the lobby, its large windows make it feel very bright. Alternatively, there is the more traditional "Windsor" restaurant. Its dark wood ceilings and partly wood panelled walls lend it a rustic atmosphere. There is also the cosy "Stoertebeckerbeer" pub with a summer terrace.
