The Carat Hotel is housed in a modern red brick building. The small lobby is decorated in pale brown tones and features a tiled floor and a wood panelled reception desk. There is also a small seating area with dark brown leather chairs. The medium sized guestrooms are furnished in simple, modern style with dark brown headboards and side tables, pale blue bedspreads and co-ordinated curtains and carpet. Both the guestrooms and the bathrooms are kept in very good condition. The restaurant, which is located just off the lobby, is decorated in a modern style with a brown and blue colour scheme.
