Stern hotel
The Stern Hotel is a large budget residence with a maritime theme housed in a traditional-style building on the Reeperbahn. The façade is deceptively compact when in fact the building stretches quite far back from the street. The small lobby has a reception desk at the entrance and some tables and seats along the corridor to the rear. The guestrooms do not boast many amenities due to the standard of the hotel, but they feature light, simple décor and are kept in fair condition. The bathrooms are small, but clean and neat. The hotel has a spacious breakfast lounge on the first floor, which serves a continental buffet every morning. There is also a coffee maker in the lobby. Guests can enjoy dinner in a restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
NOTE: Guests expecting to arrive late (after 22.30) must contact the hotel directly on the day of arrival for the access code as the reception is not manned 24 hours a day.
